Job Summary

Own the F&B category roadmap and annual budgets by collaborating with the Category Lead and translating business needs into sourcing plans. Lead complex sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, and commercial agreement finalization with legal partners. Drive cost savings via consolidation, standardization, and detailed TCO analysis, while analyzing market trends and spend. Manage and develop the procurement team to deliver projects aligned with category strategies and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Category Lead to deliver strategic roadmaps and annual budgets aligned with F&B business needs.
•Develop and implement sourcing strategies in compliance with legal, policy, and business requirements.
•Lead complex sourcing activities for new projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
•Drive cost savings through consolidation, standardization, and detailed cost analysis including TCO.
•Lead supplier negotiations and finalize commercial agreements in coordination with legal teams; build and manage supplier relationships and develop the procurement team aligned with category strategies and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a large Direct Procurement organization, specifically F&B category dealing with multiple sourcing activities.
•Experience negotiating high-value deals and driving value through procurement strategies and spend analysis.
•Hands-on experience with e-sourcing platforms and ERPs such as Oracle, Ariba, and Coupa (shared services experience is a plus).
•Deep understanding of procurement best practices, contract terms, and local regulations, with ability to assess legal and business risks.
•Bachelor’s degree required; preferred certifications MCIPS/CIPS/APICS-CSCP and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
