  • •Ensure guest engagement with a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and continue building client relationships daily.
  • •Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and highlight growth opportunities.
  • •Provide effective sales-floor coverage via workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
  • •Assist with processing shipments and product flow, maintain front/back-of-house procedures, and help keep the store clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
