Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint Rules for provisioning, aggregation, correlation, and custom workflows.
  • •Build and optimize provisioning workflows and identity orchestration using lifecycle event logic.
  • •Engineer and maintain custom connectors, integration logic, and advanced SailPoint configurations.
  • •Lead onboarding of new applications into SailPoint, including schema discovery, connector engineering, entitlement modeling, and provisioning/deprovisioning logic.
  • •Develop automation and scripts for identity lifecycle operations and troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, and connector failures.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience engineering or developing IGA (identity governance and administration) solutions.
  • •Strong experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ, including writing SailPoint Rules and building custom workflows.
  • •Ability to engineer identity integrations and data flows using SCIM, REST APIs, SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC.
  • •Strong scripting experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, or BeanShell.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
