Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design, development, and execution of Total Rewards plans and programs, including salary and benefits policy, salary planning, bonus/incentives, recognition, and benefit costing.
  • •Conduct salary analysis to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • •Perform internal equity evaluations and recommend implement revisions to keep the salary program affordable, cost-effective, and aligned to organizational objectives.
  • •Conduct market research and benchmarking, analyze market data, and propose adjustments to salary ranges, incentives, benefits structure, and policies.
  • •Ensure compliance by identifying risks, developing audit methodologies, evaluating audit results, delivering corrective actions, and recommending changes based on trends and regulation updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant working experience.
  • •Expertise in compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations to design and administer total rewards programs.
  • •Strong analytical skills for evaluating compensation data, conducting market analysis, and recommending salary structures and incentive plans.
  • •Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software, including the ability to generate reports and administer benefits programs.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
