Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Vehicle Credit email inbox and resolve invoicing/credit issues in a timely manner.
  • •Complete month-end activities to open/close AR periods in Oracle ERP.
  • •Manage prototype invoicing and handle Taylor Communications transmissions and files.
  • •Own credit and collections responsibilities for assigned customer portfolios, including collections calls, payment cycle management, issue identification/resolution, and customer service.

Salary: USD 84,000 - 123,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of experience in credit, collections, AR receivables, customer finance, or customer service-related work.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Galesburg, MI will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members exempt).
  • •Preferred: prior credit and collections experience in a large organization; Oracle Financials/Oracle ERP experience.
