Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach safety, quality, and productivity to ensure objectives are met through adherence to standardized work
  • •Supervise production team members during the production build and interface with Process and Maintenance Engineers to improve manufacturing performance in the Powertrain (Drive Unit) shop
  • •Manage material claims and support the development of a robust supplier quality system
  • •Monitor safety incidents and act as the first responder when required
  • •Conduct process confirmation to ensure the line operates safely, smoothly, and produces high-quality parts

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field (Powertrain Drive Unit experience preferred)
  • •5+ years of experience in automotive Powertrain (HV and Drive Unit) manufacturing preferred
  • •5+ years of related experience in automotive manufacturing and Lean manufacturing preferred
  • •3+ years of direct leadership experience preferred
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
