Job Summary

Provide L2/L3 incident, problem, and SLA-driven support for COTS healthcare applications used in hospital workflows. Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform patch validation, upgrades, and maintenance. Support controlled change and release activities with impact analysis and rollback planning. Coordinate with business users, internal IT, and vendors while maintaining runbooks and audit documentation for regulated healthcare compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while ensuring SLA adherence and performing root cause analysis.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) using controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations in regulated healthcare workflows.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting healthcare provider operations and hospital workflows.
•Strong incident and problem management skills, including L2/L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
•Ability to proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs and perform maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades.
•Experience assessing and validating application changes through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Knowledge of regulated healthcare compliance and documentation practices (e.g., HIPAA, security and data privacy).
