Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hands-on Salesforce platform administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, upgrades, and user support.
  • •Maintain and optimize CPQ, pricing, quoting, and opportunity workflows to support quote-to-cash processes.
  • •Serve as the escalation point for Salesforce issues, including contract, entitlement, and provisioning discrepancies, and drive root-cause fixes.
  • •Define and implement Salesforce operating procedures (field hygiene, data retention, integrations, permission sets, validation rules) and run regular system audits/health checks.
  • •Manage Salesforce pre-production and production environments, deploy changes, build integrations and data flows between Salesforce and external systems, and maintain documentation for cross-team training.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including hands-on work with Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash processes in a production revenue organization.
  • •Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and a functional understanding of CPQ, pricing rules, and the quote-to-contract-to-order handoff.
  • •Hands-on ability to write and maintain Apex (triggers, classes, batch/schedulable jobs), including reading, troubleshooting, and safely extending existing code.
  • •Foundational knowledge of Salesforce development concepts including Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and platform limits.
  • •Certified Salesforce Administrator (or similar) and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
