Key Responsibilities

  • •Introduce customers to TUMI products and provide expert advice to ensure a friendly shopping experience.
  • •Drive sales through detailed product knowledge, add-on selling, and awareness of sales figures, targets, and promotions.
  • •Conscientiously handle cash register operations, billing, and process transactions in line with company procedures.
  • •Support merchandising by presenting high-quality products according to guidelines and maintaining store presentation and internal displays.
