Key Responsibilities

  • •Visit customer homes to collect measurements, photographs, and structural/electrical data for solar design.
  • •Assess roof conditions and electrical service panels using standardized tools and protocols.
  • •Climb ladders, walk rooftops, and conduct attic inspections as required.
  • •Submit survey data accurately and in a timely manner using mobile field tools.
  • •Perform post-installation inspection visits, confirm systems match approved plans, and work with AHJ and customers to schedule and document inspection readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.28 - 36.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Previous PV design, PV installation, or PV electrical experience is helpful, with at least one year of field construction experience preferred.
  • •Comfortable working on roofs, using ladders, and in tight or elevated spaces.
  • •Familiarity with basic hand tools, measuring devices, and mobile technology.
  • •Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving background check.
