Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence decision-making through actionable insights.
  • •Own end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including budgeting/forecasting and Board reporting.
  • •Administer and evolve Pigment, including data model design, integrations, and building/streamlining forecast models.
  • •Track performance metrics and KPIs with Finance peers to monitor business results and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • •Simplify, streamline, and automate FP&A processes and leverage forecasting/financial system capabilities to scale.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong financial modeling experience, including building and maintaining driver-based models.

  • •Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP, plus the ability to communicate and collaborate across functions.
