Oversee the daily operations of an asphalt paving crew, providing hands-on leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, productive jobsite execution. Coordinate paving activities and crew schedules, interpret construction plans and specifications, manage timelines and budgets, and order necessary materials. Maintain accurate time, production, and material records for job costing while enforcing safety procedures and supporting labor tasks as needed.
