Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, design, review, analyze, interpret, and manage contracts between Allianz Services and customers.
  • •Support and advise business/service owners on contract processes, applicable areas, and contract clauses.
  • •Ensure stakeholder involvement and maintain oversight of contract elements including legal, taxation, accounting, data privacy, and information security.
  • •Manage analog/digital contract signature processes and maintain an up-to-date contract repository.
  • •Develop and present status, decision points, results, and new reports to senior management and relevant internal/external clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education degree in economics, law, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •3+ years of (international) working experience in contract management or comparable areas.
  • •Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior internal and external stakeholders; business-fluent English (German nice to have).
  • •Analytical skills to prepare standardized contract documents (e.g., SLAs, OLA) and support business cases and financial engineering models.
  • •Certification in contract and commercial management (e.g., World Commerce & Contracting / formerly IACCM).
