Key Responsibilities

•Lead the IT Engineering function for both existing and green-field corporate technology.
•Manage a global team of IT engineers, administrators, and support staff, including performance feedback.
•Implement, maintain, and extend corporate applications for productivity, security, and connectivity, including line-of-business systems.
•Participate in production support incidents, hold the team accountable for application support, and resolve escalated issues.
•Develop and enforce IT policies and practices and provide user support guidance via service management tools.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years leading a team.
•Experience managing identity management, service management, and mobile device management (e.g., Okta/Azure, Jira Service/Freshservice, Jamf/Kandji/Intune).
•Experience managing productivity tools, line-of-business applications, security tooling, and HR information systems (e.g., Google Workspace/Slack/Atlassian, Salesforce/Netsuite/Snowflake, Tenable/Wazuh/CrowdStrike, BambooHR/Ashby).
•Broad knowledge of networking, information security, and workstation technologies.
•Experience with scripting and APIs, plus comfort working independently in ambiguous situations.
