Support corporate legal matters for Turner & Townsend in the US, with a focus on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate contracting. Draft and advise on resolutions, board meetings, corporate records, and monitor corporate law developments. Lead drafting/review/negotiation of agreements including public sector contracts and manage dispute resolution tasks such as claims, subpoenas, depositions, and court hearing support.
