Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI services within the Snowflake Cortex team. Define a strategic roadmap, orchestrate a cross-functional pod of engineers, data scientists, and solution architects, and translate customer needs into scalable, high-value AI solutions that drive business impact in enterprise software and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and articulate a clear, compelling strategy for large-scale AI solutions, architect end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and metrics analysis.
•Lead from the Front: Act as cross-functional leader for engineers, data scientists, and solution architects, collaborating with design, marketing, and sales to bring products to market.
•Be the Voice of the Customer: Engage with users and executives to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and ensure solutions address high-value problems.
•Commercialize Innovation: Turn bespoke customer insights into scalable, repeatable platform features and drive a 1-to-many roadmap.
•Shape Business Strategy: Collaborate with Snowflake and customer leadership to define product strategy and execute high-stakes business goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
•7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping enterprise software or cloud services
•Deep technical fluency with data science workflows and modern AI paradigms (e.g., LLMs, vector databases, agentic workflows)
•Demonstrated ability to develop a product strategy and translate it into a concrete, actionable roadmap
•Strong customer empathy and experience working directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and challenges
