Lead daily finishing operations on Pratt & Whitney’s Columbus Forge team, coordinating workflow and production priorities to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. Provide hands-on manufacturing support, troubleshoot process challenges, and coach team members in scheduling, training, and development. Track work in process, run tier meetings, coordinate tool/supply needs, and manage equipment maintenance requests via ANDON Systems or MTS to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily finishing operations by coordinating workflow, supporting production priorities, and ensuring safety, quality, and delivery goals are met.
•Coach, mentor, and develop team members while partnering with supervisors on scheduling, training, and career development.
•Perform hands-on manufacturing work as needed, including reading blueprints, following work instructions, and using precision measuring tools.
•Track work in process, lead tier meetings, and support daily administrative activities such as ordering tools and supplies.
•Coordinate equipment maintenance needs through ANDON Systems or MTS and support continuous improvement while maintaining EH&S compliance.

Key Requirements
