Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the Emerging Products content moderation BPO global strategy and manage a steady, scalable partner portfolio.
  • •Drive global footprint strategy via site launches, expansions, and new lines of business; shape operating models and capability development.
  • •Ensure operational excellence across sites by monitoring KPIs (quality, delivery, pricing adherence, compliance) and analysing performance data.
  • •Lead end-to-end RFP processes and partner with Procurement, Legal, and Finance on BPO contract negotiations; manage the contract lifecycle.
  • •Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks through governance assessments, reporting, and recommended actions; support innovation pilots and scaling.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in English and have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •5+ years’ experience in operations or programme management with oversight of global in-house and BPO operations across multiple regions, including performance and governance.
  • •Proven ability to design and deliver innovative solutions supporting partner and business operations.
  • •Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, global environments independently and as part of a team.
  • •Highly organised with strong interpersonal, motivational, and intercultural skills to represent the company with external partners.
