Lead the regional Total Rewards function for Asia Pacific, shaping and executing TR strategy, design, implementation, governance, compliance, communication, and administration across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead regional TR strategy and programs for Asia Pacific, tailoring to regional requirements and ensuring alignment with global standards
•Oversee design, implementation, regulatory compliance, communication and administration of Total Rewards across the region
•Collaborate with Global COE and country HR leaders to benchmark programs, maintain internal equity, and manage cost effectiveness
•Provide governance, policy guidance, and escalation points for TR issues; lead regional TR team and develop talent
•Educate and partner with HRBPs and business leaders on pay philosophy, governance, and market trends

Key Requirements

•Subject-matter expert in total rewards, executive compensation and governance; able to demonstrate credibility with senior leadership

•Strong communication, organizational, and relationship skills; ability to educate HR and business partners on pay philosophy and practices
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data benchmarking/analysis capabilities
