  • •Create, execute, and improve strategic people initiatives and tactical HR processes while reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
  • •Lead HR data and process improvement efforts, using HR data to standardize and automate processes.
  • •Act as a change agent and thought partner for organizational design; manage 2 direct reports.
