Operations Manager Low Pressure

Oversee day-to-day low pressure manufacturing operations at the Redditch site, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, safety, and efficient resource utilization. Lead complex assembly workflows and cross-functional teams, drive lean and continuous improvement to reduce waste and bottlenecks, and partner with quality, supply chain, and procurement to meet targets. Monitor operational KPIs and budgets, manage inventory, and coordinate stakeholder alignment across internal teams.
