Lead end-to-end data center operations for Finland and adjacent EU sites, ensuring high-density AI cluster infrastructure is built quickly, runs reliably, and scales efficiently. Serve as the regional execution owner translating HQ standards into site implementation, managing incident response, and coordinating cluster deployments in 5MW modular increments. Oversee MEP systems (power, cooling, plumbing), validate readiness via real-time telemetry, and manage local technicians while partnering with facility providers and vendors.
