Key Responsibilities

•Support electrical engineering design consultancy on transmission & distribution projects from concept to implementation
•Contribute to HV power systems analysis, cabling, substations and transmission infrastructure design
•Assist with system balancing, protection systems, SCADA and interconnectors including offshore links
•Collaborate with clients, colleagues, stakeholders and subcontractors to capture feedback and communicate technical decisions
•Apply BS and Eurocodes standards to engineering designs and contribute to project approvals and compliance

Key Requirements

•An electrical/electronic/power engineering qualification such as an HNC/HND/BSc/BEng and/or MSc/MEng

•Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, stakeholders and sub-contractors, both verbally and in writing
•Have transferable skills suitable for engaging with a variety of people and capturing feedback
