Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce vatting instructions to meet plans within formula parameters and legislative/quality criteria, considering transport and warehousing efficiency.
  • •Ensure spirit availability and support operational planning by providing the correct spirit for vatting, bottling, and exports, and updating spirit quality information on the system.
  • •Manage inventory allocation to meet inventory depletions plans and ensure future inventory capability while using quality and survey-rated inventory with the Blending Team.
  • •Use Power BI part stow/tier search tools to identify, allocate, and relocate inventory to address warehouse space issues.
  • •Collaborate with Blenders and the Bill of Materials team to facilitate creation of new spirit codes and support new product development processes with Operational Planners.
