Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on large manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems. Maintain shop areas, coordinate maintenance schedules, and collaborate on product changes and machine modifications based on test results. Follow safety and PPE requirements while supporting continuous improvement and zero-accident culture.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service on manufacturing machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and changing belts as needed.
•Identify root causes of unexpected breakdowns and repair quickly to reduce downtime.
•Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts; order and install replacement parts; prepare work reports.
•Clean, organize, and maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies; inventory and stock materials.
•Coordinate with managers on maintenance scheduling and collaborate on new product additions and machinery modifications based on test results.

Key Requirements

•Mechanically inclined with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints to diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment.
•Ability to take and pass internal required testing.
•Good computer literacy to enter work records in the appropriate program.
•Good verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills (multilingual strongly preferred).
