Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full accounting cycle for the Vietnam entity, including accounts payable, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and expense/budget tracking.
  • •Provide inputs for outsourced advisors to prepare P&L, balance sheet, and bank reconciliation reports.
  • •Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for the parent organization.
  • •Control, review, and approve accounting information to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear explanations of deviations.
  • •Support global and local audits and ensure timely completion of monthly SOX controls; help drive process improvements in regional accounting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
  • •Proven experience in accounting roles with similar responsibilities, ideally in a multinational or fintech/financial services environment.
  • •Solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations; IFRS knowledge is an advantage.
  • •Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English; Vietnamese proficiency required.
