Key Responsibilities

  • •Support children during daily activities and transitions.
  • •Help maintain an organized, safe space (light clean-up throughout the day).
  • •Assist with bathroom breaks and hygiene as needed.
  • •Support children during gym/movement activities to ensure engagement.
  • •Help ensure safety and follow individualized support plans throughout the day.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Enjoy working with neurodiverse children.
  • •Experience working with children with developmental differences, special needs, or in therapeutic/educational settings preferred.
  • •Demonstrate patience, flexibility, and strong emotional regulation skills.
  • •Follow individualized support plans and guidance from lead staff or therapists.
  • •Physically able to move, lift (up to 30 lbs), and actively engage with children; willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and pass a background check.
