Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach and train associates to ensure a great guest experience.
  • •Run venue operations including opening/closing, managing shifts, walk-throughs, and shift notes.
  • •Walk assigned sections during shifts, remain available (including on radio), and check common areas for cleanliness and order.
  • •Assess associate performance, engage associates for support, and resolve guest issues using Table Touches and guest interactions.
  • •Handle cash and approvals (voids, comps, and tasks impacting venue finances) while monitoring team and guest safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Hotel school graduate/diploma or similar education.
  • •5 years in Food and Beverage Service with 2+ years in a similar managerial position.
