Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform Health and Safety Plan (HASP) reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and project-specific risk mitigation.
  • •Support project development with hazard identification, risk assessments, and control selection.
  • •Lead or support pre-field kickoff meetings to align safety expectations, procedures, and mitigation strategies.
  • •Partner with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to integrate safety into execution strategies.
  • •Monitor and interpret local, state, and federal safety regulations and develop safety documentation, procedures, and reports; analyze incident trends and recommend corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 4+ years of relevant safety, health, and environment experience for Oil & Gas or remediation projects (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Pass client-specific background and drug & alcohol screening if offered.
  • •8+ years of experience supporting Safety, Health, and Environment for Oil & Gas and remediation projects (preferred).
  • •Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHST (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and industry best practices (preferred).
