Job Summary

Own the onboarding of new clients and drive growth across an active customer portfolio using a value-based relationship approach. You’ll set and hit personal and team KPI targets, provide personalized voice and social media support, and translate complex forex and economic information into clear investment guidance. Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and feedback needs, while maintaining compliance and delivering regular daily/weekly/monthly reporting.

•Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets.

•Research prospects and customer potential, and support sales activities with tools, reports, action items, and business insights.
•Resolve client issues and complaints with relevant departments, provide feedback, and maintain compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

•Native Malayalam and fluent English; other languages are an advantage.
•Deep understanding of forex markets, currency pairs, and the factors that influence their dynamics.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret financial markets, economic indicators, and macroeconomic trends.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage wealthy clients and meet their expectations.
•Experience working in sales for a CFD broker; experience managing a sales team is an advantage.
