Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop interactive prototypes, including coded and AI-driven experiences.
  • •Create realistic POCs and demos to validate concepts and engage stakeholders.
  • •Explore new interaction paradigms (AI, conversational interfaces, agent-based experiences) aligned with innovation initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with innovation engineers and technical teams to support feasibility discussions and propose alternatives.
  • •Enable rapid validation with users and stakeholders through tangible artifacts and high-impact deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or digital product design.
  • •Proven experience prototyping beyond static design (interactive, coded, or experimental).
  • •Advanced proficiency in Figma for interactive prototyping.
  • •Familiarity with code-based prototyping and experience with AI tools (highly valued).
  • •Strong UX/interaction design skills, including the ability to design complex user flows and systems.
