Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and manage highly complex calendars for leaders, coordinating executive agendas, appointments, customer meetings, and conferences.
  • •Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare accurate expense reports, including visa processing when required.
  • •Plan agendas and coordinate logistics for departmental, quarterly, recognition, conference, and face-to-face events across the organization.
  • •Manage department meeting logistics and maintain key administrative resources such as organizational charts, PDLs, SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams sites, and office space coordination.
  • •Use Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing systems, and finance systems to support tactical projects, administrative tasks, supply orders, CR coordination, and purchasing activities.

Salary: EUR 38,500 - 60,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Leaving certificate with 5+ years of experience in related administrative roles.
  • •5+ years of experience supporting leaders in an administrative assistant capacity.
  • •5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • •1+ year of experience using enterprise tools such as Workday, Concur, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.
