Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver QA-compliant MEPF drawing/documentation and manage the assigned team’s output
  • •Produce BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and PH services using Revit MEP, including agreeing drawing strategy, type, size, and numbering
  • •Switch between Revit and AutoCAD as needed to prepare MEP design drawings based on priority
  • •Prepare plant room layouts, sections, details, and coordinated services drawings; develop general arrangement drawings from sketches and other team inputs
  • •Follow WSP CAD standards and QA/document control/archiving/CDM guidelines, including coordinating engineering service inputs and using WSP BIM Protocol and process

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Engineering) or equivalent education
  • •Typically 4–8 years’ experience
  • •Working towards engineering registration within the jurisdiction
  • •Ability to develop 3D skills in Revit and prepare 2D Revit documentation using WSP standards and BIM Protocol
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills with peers, team leaders, managers, and clients
