Job Summary

Lead end-to-end instructional design for small to medium learning projects within the Client Care organization, handling BAU updates and initiative-driven workstreams. Create learning solutions across modalities—AI-enabled tools, eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, video, and blended experiences—aligned to enterprise standards. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, run quality reviews/UAT, and deliver training or contribute to Train-the-Trainer materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end instructional design and delivery for small to medium learning projects, including BAU updates and initiative-driven efforts.
•Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities (AI, eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, video, blended) using enterprise standards and templates.
•Develop curriculum, modules, or learning assets supporting larger enterprise initiatives led by a Learning Program Manager / Sr. Instructional Designer.
•Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging learning experiences; leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
•Conduct quality reviews and UAT, revise content as needed, and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback; deliver training and support Train-the-Trainer materials when needed.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
•Solid experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.
•Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM.
•Experience designing and developing learning solutions across multiple modalities, including AI-enabled learning solutions.
•Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and learning technologies (e.g., Articulate Storyline, LMS platforms).
