Key Responsibilities

•Oversee lifecycle management of customer property to ensure compliance and accountability across property management outcomes and elements.
•Analyze and improve property management processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and support operational success.
•Manage internal and external compliance audits, including corrective actions as needed to maintain alignment with property management regulations.
•Maintain asset management systems for traceability, including receiving, identifying/tagging, originating asset records, and supporting physical inventory reconciliation and reporting.
•Report property transactions through PIEE and provide guidance and training to cross-functional teams, coordinating property reviews with subcontractors and communicating status to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,000 - 147,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
•Minimum of 8 years of experience managing customer property.
•In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 245, with ability to implement and maintain compliance systems.
•Extensive experience conducting compliance audits, including internal assessments and external reviews (e.g., DCMA and DCAA).
•Familiarity with property management systems and tools, including the Government Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
