Senior Project Controls Manager - Aviation Construction

Manage project controls across large aviation construction programs, owning cost/change control, earned value reporting, and budget tracking. Coordinate change orders, contingency draw, invoice/payment tracking, and owner cost systems. Produce weekly and monthly progress and review reports, support RFP/SOW and contract template development, and ensure compliance through reconciliation of costs and contract administrations. Maintain schedule progress tracking and participate in risk and QA/QC processes, including SOX controls where applicable.
