Job Summary

Lead strategic planning and execution of Visa marketing activities for partners and clients across Uzbekistan and Central Asia. Design long-term, data-driven co-branded programs and communication plans, deliver marketing insights and performance analysis, and support client pitches and business growth. Align product, marketing, and sales objectives, manage budgets and vendor/agency relationships, ensure KPI attainment and brand health, and maintain strong client relationships to drive high NPS.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategically plan and execute Visa marketing activities with partners and clients to achieve local business and brand objectives in Uzbekistan and Central Asia.
•Design and deliver long-term, tailored marketing programs and co-branded campaigns across relevant products and services throughout the card lifecycle.
•Develop and implement data-driven marketing and communication plans, including recommendations and end-to-end marketing solutions.
•Deliver marketing insights and data capabilities through research, studies, and benchmarking to strengthen client partnerships.
•Manage budgets, agency/partner relationships, campaign performance analysis, brand health, KPI achievement, and client contracting processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
•More than 7 years of experience in marketing, partnership marketing, sponsorships, or related functions, including integrated marketing campaign execution.
•Experience working with external clients, partners, agencies, and vendors to deliver co-marketing initiatives.
•Knowledge of financial services, payment systems, or cards industry (advantage).
•Fluent in Uzbek, English, and Russian, with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
