Key Responsibilities

•Write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and design/architect systems of varying complexity and scope.
•Build highly scalable, resilient, and resource-efficient systems handling large request volumes.
•Use, propose, and potentially contribute to best-of open source technology stacks.
•Lead teams and projects, mentoring engineers and inspiring them to achieve business-critical goals.
•Evaluate and comment on team technical priorities from technical debt and product requirements perspectives.

Key Requirements

•Good understanding of low-level and high-level design of distributed systems.
•Develop systems using mainstream languages such as Java (preferred) and Golang (good to have).
•Understand the code development life cycle and collaborate with stakeholders through each stage.
•Strong code development and code review practices, including ensuring teams participate effectively.
•Comfortable writing and reviewing technical design documents and contributing to cross-functional architectural discussions.
