Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute commodity strategies for composite raw materials to improve cost, quality, and supply chain resilience.
  • •Lead end-to-end sourcing for composites manufacturing, including RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and strategic sourcing decisions.
  • •Own supplier relationships and contract manufacturing continuity, including risk management, cost negotiations, and NPI to execution.
  • •Perform detailed quote and cost breakdown analysis and use TCO to make data-driven supply chain decisions.
  • •Negotiate supplier agreements and manage supplier performance across delivery, quality, cost, and innovation metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management for composites manufacturing and/or sourcing engineering.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • •Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
