Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive OPTICA sales in assigned territory by implementing the OPTICA solution in markets and territories.
  • •Meet and exceed assigned revenue plans and identify new/migration opportunities with the factory sales team.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end supply chain for ODL consumables to prevent zero factory downtime, raising alerts to avoid stock-outs.
  • •Collaborate with field service engineers on spare part inventory planning and manage warehouse dispatch of critical orders.
  • •Maintain correct pricing and item setup updates with GPD teams; follow up with QA on client quality complaints and provide reporting insights using GCLM/OSC tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Textile Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • •2 to 4 years of experience in the apparel industry, trim/label manufacturing, or handling factory-floor operations.
  • •Familiarity with industrial barcode printers (thermal transfer printers) and labels.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, inventory tracking, and metrics reporting.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to troubleshoot calmly in high-pressure manufacturing environments.
