Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for a lean product squad, owning problem spaces from concept to in-members’-hands delivery. You’ll craft premium mobile and web experiences, run user research, evolve the design system, and collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to drive impact in a fast-paced, design-centric fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the design and research for your squad, taking problems from rough ideas to working features in members’ hands end-to-end.
•Design beautiful, premium products with strong attention to typography, layout, color, and hierarchy that feel effortless and delightful.
•Conduct user research, usability testing, and direct member interviews to guide product decisions and validate concepts.
•Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers from the first sketch, ensuring alignment and fast, cohesive delivery.
•Evolve and maintain the design system to keep the team moving quickly without sacrificing quality.
