Provide operational support for daily People Operations processes by assisting with HR transactions, onboarding, and employee life cycle activities. Drive data-driven process improvements, participate in complex multi-stakeholder projects, and mentor team members to build service delivery capabilities.

•Provide first-contact support for People Services inquiries, escalating and resolving issues end-to-end and mentoring team members.

•Identify and implement data-driven process improvements in collaboration with other departments, translating ideas into execution plans.
•Participate in complex, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver subproject milestones.
•Generate and deliver routine or ad-hoc reporting and provide buddy/mentor support to enable self-sufficient colleagues.
