Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide premium customer service to all customers, including greeting guests and ensuring guest experience items are completed.
  • •Register customers and verify access to club(s) and/or lounge(s), and assist with technology in the lounges/clubs.
  • •Book and confirm flight reservations, check premium customers in, monitor flights for delays/disruptions, and issue and reissue tickets as needed.
  • •Coordinate services for elite status customers and oversee services for club/lounge operations with business partners.
  • •Oversee daily open/close procedures, lounge appearance and agent performance/scheduling, document customer issues in PNR, and complete shift reports.
