Job Summary

Support customers by providing tailored product and service options while connecting with them across the call center queue. Perform outbound calls for retention, sales, and services, recommend the latest offerings, and deliver first-call resolution through needs analysis and customized solutions. Meet KPI targets, follow up to ensure satisfaction and expand sales opportunities, accurately document interactions, and maintain high product knowledge and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

•Connect with customers coast-to-coast and conduct outbound calls for retention, sales, and services.
•Promote and recommend products and services on outbound sales queues.
•Understand customer needs, educate customers on offerings, and provide customized solutions that meet financial objectives.
•Manage call flows to provide first call resolution, meet KPIs, and resolve questions professionally.
•Document customer interactions in the appropriate systems and follow up to ensure satisfaction while expanding sales opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Experience in customer care, retention, inbound sales, or outbound sales.
