•Provide day-to-day support for new product setup end to end in SAP S/4 and other required systems, including cost and pricing.

•Support service product master data reporting and perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
•Provide leadership and guidance to lower-level support coordinators and monitor quality assurance processes to meet established standards.
