Operations Manager

Own and manage Lime’s Austria market operations, hitting KPIs and operating metrics by using data to improve processes and customer experience. Lead warehouse operations with a focus on health, safety, quality, and environmental standards, and collaborate with Facilities and EHS to implement safety protocols and quality systems. Build and execute the regional operations strategy, manage a warehouse team, and own the market P&L while representing Lime with city officials and external stakeholders.
