Job Summary

Serve as the primary on-floor representative for a semiconductor fab, ensuring engineers and operators can effectively use factory applications such as the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Fault Detection Control (FDC). Create and maintain training materials, run recurring training sessions, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows. Assist with new interface rollouts and collaborate with Facilities on mounting, workstation setup, network accessibility, and peripheral installation for smooth adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain training materials, document escalation pathways, and curate internal knowledge to support long-term user adoption.
•Lead recurring training sessions and act as a consistent point of contact between the group and fab-floor stakeholders.
•Introduce new interfaces to production applications through hands-on training, guided adoption, and close support during rollout.
•Ensure safe, efficient, and consistent use of factory digital systems by supporting engineers and operators on the floor.
•Collaborate with Facilities to implement physical technology elements, including tool-side tablets, workstation positioning, network accessibility, and peripheral (scanner) installations.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
•Experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, system engineering, semiconductor engineering, and/or manufacturing technology.
•U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under the program/contract.
•Experience with manufacturing environments or a background in systems engineering, industrial engineering, or computer science.
•Experience with semiconductor equipment.
