Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2-5 years of automotive technician experience, preferably in a franchised dealership environment.

  • •ASE certifications and/or manufacturer-specific certifications preferred; willingness to pursue additional training and certifications.
  • •Ability to efficiently perform repairs while meeting flat-rate productivity and quality standards.
  • •Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the United States; ability to complete background check, MVR review, and drug screening.
