Join the Aftersales team as a Service Advisor for passenger vehicles, owning the end-to-end customer experience from first contact through vehicle handover. Build long-term customer relationships, guide customers through service journeys, and upsell products and services to meet revenue targets. Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure correct, on-time repairs, clearly explain maintenance and costs, and maintain full compliance with SOPs and data accuracy standards.
