Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives, governance, and policies.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
  • •Manage contract change, support value engineering, negotiate final accounts, and improve forecast and budget accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven cost/commercial management experience.
  • •Preferably MRICS.
  • •Experience with NEC3 contracts, particularly Option C – Target Cost.
  • •Post-contract administration experience.
  • •Experience working on major programmes/projects and infrastructure projects (rail, air, marine/ports, utilities, highways).
